Renovations rarely go wrong in the big moves. They go wrong at the joins. Here is what we check before we call a room finished.
Light lines that sit in the joinery, not under it
Strip lighting is recessed into the carpentry at the drawing stage, so you see the light and not the fitting.
Edges that line up floor to ceiling
Tile joints, door frames and skirting are set out on one line. It costs more on site and it is the first thing you notice at a viewing.
Doors and drawers that still shut in year five
Hardware is specified by weight and use, not by what the supplier has in stock that week.

A fixed quote before we start
Signed before anything is hacked. The price only moves if you ask for a change, and you sign that too.
One designer, first day to last
The person who takes your brief is the person walking your defects list. No handover to a site team you have never met.
Your deposit is protected
CaseTrust and RCMA accredited. Payments are tied to completed stages, not to a calendar.
Twelve months of aftercare
We walk the home with you at handover and again a year later. Defects in that window are ours to fix.

First consultation
We meet at the unit or the studio, take your brief and give you an honest budget band. Free, no obligation.
Concept and layout
Spatial planning and two or three layout options, with the reasoning for each.
Drawings and fixed quote
Elevations, joinery drawings and the itemised quote you sign. Nothing is left to be decided on site.
Materials and permits
Samples viewed in your unit under your light. We file HDB or MCST submissions on your behalf.
Build and supervision
Our own coordinator on site. Weekly photo updates so you do not have to keep dropping by.
Defects and aftercare
Joint inspection, care notes for every finish, and a twelve-month check-in.

A showroom, our own carpentry, our own site teams.
Founded in Singapore in 2018, with more than two thousand homes behind us. Our showroom on MacPherson Road is a full floor, so you can stand in the finishes and open the drawers before you choose anything.
Carpentry is made in house rather than bought in, and the site is run by coordinators we employ. That is why the quote holds and the detail you approved is the detail that gets built.

HomeTrust assessed us on all four and we won all four, in 2020 and again in 2026. Qanvast has given us Supertrust every year since 2022. We would rather be measured on that than on a moodboard.
